You may order any items online, using our Shopping Cart (to be operational soon) and Order Form. We also accept orders by E-Mail. phone (312 641-0088), or fax (312 855-0994).
Methods of Payment
We accept payment via VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER credit card, or personal/business checks (validated through Telecheck).
Hours of Operation
Online ordering and E-Mail may be accomplished at any time. Our normal business office hours are 10 am to 6 pm, Central Time, Monday through Friday. Gallery locations are open on weekends, as well.
Shipping
In most cases, we use UPS Ground Service for shipping, and we charge according to an item's weight when fully packed and boxed, plus a 5% handling charge for time and materials used in packaging. Normal shipping time from Chicago to most destinations in the continental U.S. is within five (5) business days. We try to ship within three (3) days of receiving an order. Because of the delicate nature of many craft items, we use extra cushioning material and double boxing whenever possible to help ensure safe delivery. Every UPS shipment is insured and tracked.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
Because each craft item is handmade, exact sizes and colors may vary from what you see on your screen. You may return an item for a full refund or exchange (only exchange for jewelry items) if you are not completely satisfied. We simply ask that you notify us of your intention within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the merchandise, and that items be returned in an undamaged, unused state.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased from outside the U. S., or shipped to foreign destinations.
Please retain all packing materials until you decide to keep an item. If you decide to return an item, please call or E-Mail us within the 14 day period to receive a Return Authorization Number; you will then have an additional three (3) days to initiate return shipment to us (in original condition, shipped via insured carrier). Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We regret that we cannot accept returns without a Return Authorization Number or which have been held longer than 14 days from the day of their receipt. |
